Public procurement is one of the Firm’s core Public Law practice areas. Advice may begin at the preparation stage and continue throughout the award procedure and performance of the contract.
The Firm assists with procurement documents, selection and conduct of procedures, assessment of tenders, qualification, award, contract performance and issues relating to amendment, breach or termination.
The Firm also represents tenderers and contracting authorities in administrative procedures and in pre-contractual and contractual litigation.
