Dr. Paulo Veiga e Moura

Lawyer admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association since 1991 and a recognised specialist in Administrative Law since 2008. PhD in Public Law, Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra since 2004, and law graduate from the same Faculty since 1989.

He has taught law at Universidade Portucalense and Instituto Superior Bissaya Barreto and has extensive experience as a trainer. He acts as an arbitrator in public employment matters, is included on the list of arbitrators of the Portuguese Economic and Social Council and has advised a number of public institutions.

He is the author of books, articles and studies, particularly in public employment, Administrative Law, performance appraisal, careers and disciplinary law, and regularly participates in conferences and public commentary on Public Law matters.
